About a year and a half ago, Gov. Tina Kotek inked an agreement with computer chip company Nvidia to teach students from kindergarten to grad school about artificial intelligence. Now, a key part of the agreement is on hold after Nvidia paused a program that would have trained college faculty as “AI ambassadors.” Alex Baumhardt reports today on where Oregon’s initiative to help students and teachers learn how to use AI stands.
