The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday kept in place a lower court’s order blocking President Donald Trump’s embattled plan to place new restrictions on mail ballots for this year’s midterm elections.

The Democratic Party of Oregon on Monday kicked off a new “No Trump in Oregon” tour in the state’s most populous city, doubling down on its efforts to tie Republican gubernatorial nominee  Christine Drazan, a state senator from Canby, to the Trump administration.
